Our two-day training event takes place on Saturday and Sunday, April 28-29, 2012. Early Registration and Recent Refresher (Free) Registration ends 21 days prior to event. See ticket options for details.

If you are registering with a deposit (partial payment for Early Registrations only), the balance is due upon arrival at the event. Cash, checks, money orders and credit card payments will be accepted upon arrival before the class begins.

• Interviewing, screening, and evaluating clients using The Compton Phonological Assessment of Foreign Accent

• Interpretting/analyzing evaluation results and creating customized courses 
• Delivery and technique: Using the evidence-based Compton P-ESL Training Method to teach accurate pronunciation and appropriate intonation

Class resumes at 9:00 AM and ends no later than 5 PM.

Although the majority of attendees are speech-language pathologists, P-ESL certification events are attended by SLPs, ESL instructors, linguistics instructors, voice and drama coaches, and other professionals.

Temperatures in meeting rooms can vary greatly throughout the day. Please consider wearing layers so that you may adjust to the temperature if necessary.
